The Monlam Charitable Trust, in collaboration with DLIHE Bangalore, successfully conducted a specialized workshop aimed at bridging the gap between academic education and industry requirements. The four-hour intensive session brought together 17 Computer Science students, 3 faculty members, and 8 Monlam facilitators and organizers, totaling 28 participants.

A significant portion of the workshop was dedicated to hands-on technical skill development, particularly focusing on GitHub. Participants engaged in practical exercises covering repository management, version control fundamentals, and collaborative workflow practices. The interactive sessions allowed students to gain firsthand experience with Git commands and operations, essential for modern software development.
